During the summer semester Kazimierz Wielki University will be visited by an outstanding Professor from Ukraine, who will give lectures for students of pedagogy.
In the frame of the project We focus on the development of Kazimierz Wielki University we have hosted lecturers from around the world who share their knowledge with students.
From March 14, lectures entitled: Interculturally Competent: Learning and Teaching to Be will be conducted by Professor Oksana Zabolotna for students of Care Pedagogy with Addiction Prevention and Sociotherapy. Professor Zabolotna will also give a lecture for the employees of the Faculty of Pedagogy.
Prof. Oksana Zabolotna is an educator, linguist, professor at the Department of Foreign Languages of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, researcher at National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. She is the president of the Ukrainian Educational Research Association, editor of the Studies in Comparative Education Journal, head trainer and facilitator of the British Council Ukraine. Professor is the author of the university methodology curriculum. Her research interests include intercultural communication, EFL methodology, teacher training and alternative education.
The Visiting Professor module is co-financed by the European Union through the European Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020.
