Online registration

The first step of recruitment is online registration. After entering the website: irka.ukw.edu.pl, a candidate should create an account in the university recruitment system.

Required documents

After the announcement of results, the candidate with the status: pre-qualification (wstępna kwalifikacja) should submit documents.

Documents should be delivered in a white, tied document folder with name and surname and chosen field of study, e.g.

Bachelor full-time studies

  1. Statement of the candidate.
  2. A personal questionnaire / application printed from the candidate's account.
  3. A color photocopy of an ID document allowing to enter Poland, e.g. a passport or ID card.
  4. Document entitled to undertake studies with sworn translation or translation confirmed by Polish Consul (into Polish):
    • Bachelor studies: secondary education certificate and the suplement with grades
    • Master studies: Bachelor diploma and the suplement with grades

    The candidate may submit a photocopy of a certificate or a diploma validated by an employee of Kazimierz Wielki University. If issued outside of Poland, the document must be legalized or apostilled. Original document with apostille stamp or legalisation certificate must be submitted till 30.09.2019.

  5. Confirmation of knowledge of Polish language (certificate confirming language competences or certificate from language school of completion the course).
  6. Digital photos and 2 printed photos – signed (name and surname) on the back. The candidate uploads the digital photo into the recruitment system from the level of his/her account. The minimum size of the photo: width - 300 pixels, height - 375 pixels.
  7. Confirmation of payment for student ID card and the recruitment fee.
  8. Power of attorney from a legal guardian – applies minors (under-age candidates).
  9. Candidates who have the right to study free of charge must submit a document confirming this right, e.g. a Pole’s Card (Karta Polaka), a certificate of Polish as a foreign language at C1 level or photocopy of the above-mentioned documents confirmed by an employee of the Kazimierz Wielki University.

Until 30.09.2019 candidates for full-time and part-time studies are required to submit: Copy of illness and accident insurance policy for the time of studying in Poland, European Health Insurance Card or declaration on joining voluntary health insurance issued by Polish National Health Fund (Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia). In the case of submitting a declaration on joining voluntary health insurance in Polish National Health Fund, candidates are required to present insurance contract within 14 days from the beginning of the academic year.
